If your iTunes gets stuck while accessing iTunes Store, there is a very simple fix to this problem. The cause of this problem is still unknown but the fix is now known! All you have to do is to follow this tutorial to fix your annoying “Accessing iTunes Store” Stuck Issue.

Step 1: Open up CMD (Windows Key + R then type in CMD then hit OK)

Step 2: Type in CMD the following:  netsh   winsock   reset

Step 3: Restart your computer or simply close down all the iTunes running processes in Windows Task Manager (Including iTunes itself).

Step 4: Restart iTunes.

Step 5: Voila!

This will also fix the annoying issue of AppleMobileDeviceService.exe taking all the CPU for nothing.
